Oh what a rough weekend! Just two days after one of the strongest typhoons on record smashed into the Philippines. Right now the death toll continues to climb. As many as 10,000 people are believed dead in one city alone. How can you help? We'll talk about it tonight. The Individual health mandate is still the water cooler talk around America. Good for you or catastrophic? NJ Governor Chris Christie is still mum after wining another term as Governor of the Garden State on whether he'll run for president. Suspended Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito says he didn't bully now former teammate Jonathan Martin in his first interview. All that and more tonight on America Tonight!

As it builds coalition on Syria, U.S faces skeptical alliesWill President Obama get the support he needs to go after Syria? The guessing game ends this week with Congress back from vacation. Will he get the blessing from the House and the Senate? My sources say no.
The United States has no military allies in its plan to launch missile attacks against Syria as punishment for the country's use of chemical weapons at least that's what White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough said Sunday on CNN and NBC. McDonough did add that anyone whose seen the intelligence on the use of chemical weapons has no doubt that Syrian President Assad used them on his own people.
Assad tells a different story to CBS's Charlie Rose he apparently got an exclusive interview which will air on his Monday morning show. Tonight on America Tonight we fill in the blanks.

Rough Day for Kerry PDF Print E-mail

Russian President Vladamir Putin says the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry lied to Congress about the militant group Al Qaeda's role in Syria.

"They lie beautifully, of course. I saw debates in Congress. A congressman asks Mr Kerry: 'Is al Qaeda there?' He says: 'No, I am telling you responsibly that it is not'," Putin said at a meeting of his human rights council in the Kremlin.

"Al Qaeda units are the main military echelon, and they know this," he said, referring to the United States. "It was unpleasant and surprising for me - we talk to them, we proceed from the assumption that they are decent people. But he is lying and knows he is lying. It's sad."

In an exchange with a senator, Kerry was asked whether it was "basically true" that the Syrian opposition had "become more infiltrated by Al Qaeda over time. Kerry said: "No, that is actually basically not true. It's basically incorrect".

Not to mention a protester with Bloody hands screamed until being removed. The person was part of the anti-war group Code Pink; others had signs that read, "Out of Syria Now". The blood by the way was fake. More on Syria tonight with terrorism expert Jeff Addicott.
