Who doesn't have an opinion about the new immigration law in Arizona? By the way it doesn't go into effect under 90 days after the legislature wraps which means late summer. A few days ago I spoke to Liz Wiehl on ATN a former prosecutor who says she prosecuted many illegals who commited crimes only to see them back on the street;calling it the frequent flier program. Massive amounts of legal challenges have already been filed so it's just a matter ot time before someone gets an injunction and we all know this is going to the Supreme Court. Let's hope the right decisions are made to fix a problem that's been ignored for too long. We'll have more on ATN tonight where you can throw in your two cents on what needs to happen next. |

Richard Heene, the man who pulled a hoax by saying his 6-year-old son was drifting over Colorado in a balloon, must pay $36,000 in restitution. So now Heene who staged his son's disapperance to generate publicity in hopes of staring in a reality television show will have to actually work for a living to pay off his debt. Should he have had to pony up more dough? All up for grabs tonight along with the Weak Financial Reform proposals on the table in the Senate, the state of travel chaos thanks to a Volanco, and who needs to go in the Midterm elections. |

Ben Roethlisberger makes the America Tonight bad boy file. The quarterback was suspended for six games without pay Wednesday for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy and ordered to undergo behavioral evaluation. The NFL Commish, Roger Goodell had enough on the heels of prosecutors in Georgia deciding not to charge the QB after a 20-year-old college student accused him of sexually assaulting her in a nightclub. Roethlisberger goes down now it's a question of will he be traded? More tonight on ATN. You can throw in your two cents at 800-259-5791.

So here's the deal we are giving away a Cobra S2 Men's Driver on Tuesday night's show. Here's how it works in our third hour of the show which would actually be Wednesday morning we are playing Fair or Foul. You get two questions if you answer at least one correctly you get a copy of David Feherty's new book, "Power of Idiocy" get two right and you are entered in the drawing for the Driver. Fair or Foul is everything we've been talking about on the show, Politics, Business, Sports and some surprises as far as questions. It couldn't be easier since you have a 50-50 chance on the questions. Good luck and make sure you call into America Tonight. |
