The Brains behind BP say they should know by late tomorrow if they can pump cement in the well to seal the hole. BP isn't gambling on more bad PR so they've pegged the possibility of success at 60%. KWAME KILPATRICK, former Detroit mayor, feeling sorry for himself before being sentenced to up to five years in jail for violating his probation. All he could muster up was this, "I don't think anyone in this courtroom can know what it's like to be on the global newswire with text messages to someone that your wife is reading." He's just upset that after living high off the hog in Texas he now has to settle for a prison palace and grub.
The latest bailout being proposed on the hill comes from the desk of Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) it would bail out the unions who have underfunded and insolvent pension funds to the tune of $165 Billion. You can expect that number to jump by leaps and bounds in the end if the bill is passed. Tonight we talk to Andrew Langer, the President of the Institute for Liberty about the payback to Big Labor. People eat them, squash them, run from them and yes even go and see them in Museum. I know you are waiting for a Washington punchline and believe I have a few up my sleeves but this is real. Tonight we talk to Michael Bohdan the man who collects them and displays them for all the world to see. He even holds cockroach races and best dressed contests.
