Game On in Washington when it comes to The War Powers Resolution and Libya. The White House weary of the criticism says that President Barack Obama has the authority to continue military action in Libya without authorization from Congress. A 32 page report sent to the Hill from the White House detailed its legal rationale for continuing the Libya campaign. The gist is that the U.S. has a limited role supporting NATO's bombing campaign in Libya. Senator Bob Corker (R) TN, says he's amazed that the administration did not believe that our troops were facing "hostiles" in Libya especially since U.S. Generals say something different in classified briefings.
