Be honest - were you a good speller as a kid? I remember having to fold the paper in half with the test on one side and a blank side for the corrected version. Maybe they were setting us up for failure assuming we would misspell the words. Some of the best and brightest kids around are competing in Washington D.C. this week, tonight on America Tonight, we'll let you hear some.

Edward Snowden on the other hand is great at secret data collection. Is he a traitor, hero or spy? Maybe all three depending on how you look at his situation. Is he being honest with NBC's Brian Williams? We'll talk about it tonight.

Finally, once again we turn our attention to mental health and guns. There are no words for the latest tragedy in this country involving a 22 year old man going on a wild rampage and his innocent victims. This time we are talking about Elliot Rodger who rammed people with his car, stabbed some and shot others around the University of California Santa Barbara's camp. This time 6 people are dead and 13 others were injured. Did we learn anything from a 137 page manifesto he left behind?
